All over the place?
Don't have one type of cooking really - love trying new recipes, so that is bringing me all over the place food wise, and introducing me to lots of new ingredients, from new-to-me fruits and veggies, to new-to-me spices. But like to cook from scratch as much as possible.

Both traditional and ethnic food for sure. Our family is multi-cultural and we love all kinds of food except DH never acquired a taste for Indian food. On weekends, we mostly do ethnic (ie, Chinese, Filipino, or Vietnamese food) and on weekdays, it's all comfort cooking for us.

What is your all time favorite dessert? Do you enjoy baking? What is your favorite baking recipe?
I am more into cooking than baking, my sweet tooth prefers candy to pies etc and we rarely have dessert (trying to eat healthier)

1. What's your favorite meat dish?
Hard to pick - Roasted Salmon over salad, anything with chicken breasts (always looking for tasty recipes for the oven), Asian Ginger Beef, and basically anything I can put in my Crockpot.
2. Favorite veggies in your home?
Salad, Avocado, Baby carrots, cucumber, snow peas, grape tomatoes, celery.... yes, we like them all!
3. Favorite sort of store to do your groceries? eg. small mom & pops sort of place, ethnic store, large grocery store, deli, butcher, farmer's market, etc.?Tell us about it.
Typically Safeway (organic section), local farmer's market (although almost done for the season), Shoppers Drug mart for those great deals on staples (milk, eggs, bread, Healthy Choice Steamers)
4. Do you have a gas or electric stove?
Electric.
5. Buddy, do you need a sugar & creamer set for your hot beverages (ie, coffee, tea, etc)?
Nope.
6. Buddy, how would you describe your cooking? Traditional, eclectic etc Do you like to cook ethnic food or stay to the basics etc
Fresh, healthy, low calorie, simple/quick, love herbs & seasonings.
7. What is your all time favorite dessert?
Cheesecake, but since now being allergic to eggs, it's impossible to find a recipe without.
8. Do you enjoy baking?
YES! My KitchenAid mixer gets a workout every 2-3 days.
9. What is your favorite baking recipe?
Partial to cupcakes, muffins - I have been experimenting with gluten-free ones to get a nice fluffy one.

we basically stay to the basics but there are a few things that veer from the basics such a beef and broccoli, chicken and mushroom alfredo, stir fry....
Fave dessert would have to be reese's slice or butterscotch drops or ......
I have started to enjoy baking now since i have gotten my kitchen aide mixer last year for christmas. (i have fibromyalgia and it affects my hands pretty bad and therefore makes it hard to stir things)
my fave baking recipe happens to be banana choco chip muffins

Alrighty you domestic goddesses. I am a very capable, smart woman. And while there are many thinks that I'm fantastic at, I cannot bake for sh! T. I want to bake some gfree muffins for Alexa (figuring they're easier to send to daycare w her). 2 questions. 1) is there anything different that I need to do if I want to make banana bread muffins vs just plain banana bread? I can't remember my 2nd question now. Crap. K; I'll be back when I remember!
