    The elderly driver who saw me loaded down with four bulging shoulder bags at the crosswalk. He sped up, ignoring both the crosswalk and the yield sign as he smiled at me while turning.

    Did you smile at me because you thought I was smiling at you? I wasn't. That was a *hard stare* for not giving me the right of way as a pedestrian, not to mention being loaded down with 25 pounds of groceries. You sir, are no gentleman!

    old men are generally ignorant. the worst thing in life is when you see someone hardly able to walk get behind the steering wheel. if you cant walk, you cant react in the event of a driving emergency. just my two cents.
