Great job! Really lucky to use the coupon on the nivea lip balm. My SDM wouldn't use the coupon at all on the lip balm (wouldn't even consider adjusting the coupon value so there wouldn't be an overage), a bit frusterated, but not really, just went to WM, PM and got overage no problem!!!!

Nice!!!! But how are so many ppl reporting overages? It's not SDM policy - I always watch the till like a hawk and corrected a new cashier that she had to reduce the value.

went to SDM bloor/tomken yesterday... i want to buy 4 nivea lip balm....the guy cashier there will accept coupons but only 2 coupons because the coupon is $3... he said that if he will accept 3 coupons, the amount is more than the amount of 4 nivea lip balm... i immediately took my coupons and said, i will use that coupons to other stores..... also, i went to NO FRILLS in fieldgate drive and the cashier won't accept the nivea coupon for soap because she said that it is not included in the coupons... after reading the coupon, she ask the senior cashier and she ask how much the soap ($2.29) and to my surprise she said "NO" we can't accept that coupon because the coupon is $3 and it is too much money...so frustrating... but if the coupon is .50 cents, they won't even read what's in the coupon... all coupons will depend on the cashier.... some cashiers are over acting and act like more than the manager..... that's why from now on, i will only go to TARGET and WALMART and price match if other stores has lower price.... TARGET and WALMART are coupon friendly stores....

Really? There are other threads where its stated that SDM does not give the full coupon value? I am so confused! And previously when I have bought two items and there was 2 cents overage the computer would actually not allow the transaction to complete, a manager came over to adjust them and once I was no longer getting 2 cents in overage ( 2 cents towards my taxes ) I could suddenly pay for it.

I am confused. When I read the $3 Nivea coupon, it was not apparent to me that it could be used on the soap... I would love to get some of the soap for free, but don't see how the coupon will work..... Help???
