2 Day sale this weekend to PM at WM or Target. Cottonelle/ Royal (royal had a $3 mailout coupon) They are on sale for $3.99 at Shoppers in the East. If you are in the East you can pm at Walmart or Target and use the $2 off target coupon and pay only 1.99 each. If you have any manufacture coupon you can tack it on to get a further discount like the $3 off the cottonelle bathroom tissue and wipe pealie. Out west we pm the ontario Shoppers and use the target coupon or the $3 off royal manufacture coupon and get them for .99 each.

I edited because I thought the target coupon was a $3 coupon and not a $2 coupon. I however didn't realize there was still a valid manufacture coupon. A nice price on the wipes to pm would make this deal look even better.

Many are getting them through with no problem. Staff has been told to accept them from what I have been told. I have no written confirmation but it appears to be across the country. There is a bigger problem finding wm's that will pm across the country.

Wow thanks! I am not the best couponer... and nobody can do it alone... without the flyers and people posting them... and people posting the coupons none of this is possible. I am just the tail end person who puts some of the deals together... none of it would be possible without the help of soooooooo many great people.

Where can I find this 3 off target coupon?

It was in a coupon book at the till... but they are most likely all gone... they also printed off after the receipts last month as well.

I have 3 of the target receipt 3.00, oh boy I have to search for it. $.99 is a good deal. bought 4 few weeks for 2.97

Do you have a printer? Satin touch is a cascades brand and it is $3 right now at walmart... there is a $2 printable. This week you shouldn't have to pay more then $1 for a 24 pack or a double roll 12 pack of bathroom tissue. The quality depends on the coupons you have.

The green strip across the smart canucks page has a link that says coupons. When you click it one of the options that appears is brands... scroll down to cascades or any other printable your looking for and you will find it there. (I would just post the link but this helps everyone find every coupon they are looking for.)

Yes you are right it is a $2 target that was in the book

So pm the cottonelle with the $2 coupon and pay $1.99
use the royal $3 mailout coupon and pay .99
get satin soft at walmart at their discount $2 coupon from cascades = $1

There are still 2 ways to get bathroom tissue for $1 Thanks I will edit!
