Won $1000 worth of services for Comfree!!

We are planning on selling our house, so my husband entered a contest from Comfree (a help you sell your house without paying tons on commission service). He received a call saying he won!! Skeptical as we are we asked what's the catch, no catch they will come and take pictures, assist with pricing, put our listing on mls etc. They said its publicity for them. We have sold 2 houses on our own in the past and we've bought our current house privately, so I have no problem showing it. I'm excited hope this works out!!

I'm glad it worked out for you. It will be bitter sweet if/when we sell it. It's sort of like that show "Love it or List it", my 3 kids ( all in University) and husband want to sell it and I want to stay..We've lived in this home for 17 years, and we've been on this street for 23 years.
