I got the 'ineligible' --I was having internet problems at the time, so it may have thought I was trying to 'double dip'. Either way, according to their rules, no freebie for me. Bet I will still get the marketing emails!

Yes, they said as long as the form went through with the address.

Some people's forms didn't go through at all, they were redirected.

The first one I did went through with the ineligible message, second time I tried it didn't go through - so I'm just leaving it and see what happens.
