I don't have Longos in my area.

They are higher priced anyway, I used to go a lot because it was 5 mins from my house and good to pick up bread etc rather than a convenience store if we ran out, but now I dont live really close I only go if they have a great offer on something

all depends on the CSM, like the walmart here, there is a couple of CSMs that is "coupon hater", they will make up crazy reasons to prevent me from using coupons and these is one of the reason out the pool of reasons. all other CSMs are pretty good with coupons. so its a hit or miss situation.

Yeah. I have faced similar situations where they give crazy excuses not to accept coupons.

Hmmm, you should just ask for the store manager. Not worth arguing with them.
