Today, Loblaws gave me gas. Spent “$100” and got $0.06/L gas discount (promo ends in April)
Here's what we got:
Meat department:
30% off pink sticker turkey, fancy chicken (feta + spinach) and stewing beef.
But wait. There’s more.
Due to a computer error, the 30% meat scans at 50% off today only. Until they fix the computer. Cha Ching!

Floral department:
Valentine’s roses pink stickered at 50% off. Will use the canes to make rose bushes as this guy did in his video.*

Personal PC Plus offers:
PC lasagna tray, regular $8.99, sale $5.99, PC Plus points earned= 1000 points

Becel ProActiv margarine, regular $4.49, In-store Pc Plus points=500 points, PLUS, Personal PC Plus points = 1000 points

Tarjay-like discounts:

1. Red River cereal, regular $3.49, sale $ 1.79/800 g box, Expiry Oct. 2014 (5 grams fibre and flax too)

2. Valentine’s candy:

Deli department:
Orange carrot soup without preservatives, regular $6.99, sale $3.50. Soup sold in a glass Mason jar, so free glass jar, after points used.

Breaking it down, using points, the roses were free, the candy was free, the cereal was free and the soup in the Mason jar was free.

Free roses in February. Can't beat that.

i don't go esso for gas, my car runs better with petro canada gas, that was what the mechanic told me, so I just stick with petro.

The gas coupon works at participating Esso gas stations, participating Your Independent Grocer gas bar, participating Loblaws gas bars and participating No Frills gas bars. You can use the coupon at many more locations. The signs are posted at the gas station lanes. You have to go in to confirm that they are doing the deal and let them know you have the coupon, first.

Thanks. Tried this before. It worked. Only problem was the roots were not developed enough before transplanting to soil so they did not make it. It's really easy to do.

Hmm. I thought all the gas came from the same refineries. The delivery trucks may be different but I think the gas is all the same.
