Well life went down hill for awhile and I got working and quit couponing, thinking I could just pick right back up!
Boy do I look dumb lol. I've been trying to figure out how I used to do it, I always had good coupons, now I can't get any, I was always getting good deals, now I'm lucky if I save a few cents! My binder has never looked so empty so I'm not even able to trade to get any decent coupons
So I've made the commitement I am back to smartcanucks (my magnet never left my fridge lol) and work or not I'm a couponer or life!
It seems like most coupons are printables now? I don't have the $75 to get ink right now so where else can I find coupons? Anyone want to adopt a stray couponer??? Set me back on the right path? I would be extremely grateful!!!This thread is currently associated with: N/A

Welcome back! I hear you on so many coupons being printables now a days. I'm restarting myself and finding it different than years ago. You could contact the companies offering printable coupons and ask if they can mail you some (it's worked a bit for me). You could also trade stamps with someone offering to trade printables on SC (I'm considering doing that)
Just think "online" now...be it facebook or company websites, google the companies you like and they'll guide you to their coupon links. Or simply call the companies and ask for help.
The biggest change is that there are new coupon apps out..u send them a pic of your receipt and they credit your account
Checkout 51 http://www.checkout51.com/ and snapsaves http://www.snapsaves.com/ for starters(I haven't done this yet but lots of people saving a ton of money this way)
**don't forget to start with the Chapman's $5 coupon...available via form on their website**
Good luck!

Got those apps (haven't used snapsave yet), also have the PC plus card but waiting for No Frills to start with it the other stores are too far! I guess our tax return a little may need to go towards ink lol! We do about a quarter of our shopping here and the rest in the states but I want to be able to coupon on both ends! Thanks for the tips ladies! Boy have the times changed!

The selection of tearpads available right now is really slim. There haven't been tearpads for popular yogurt, cheese, crackers, bread, mayo, canned products, pasta, regular coffee, or shampoo for a long time. The majority of the tearpad coupons I do have, have been wildly unpopular and are expiring March 31st anyways. So I'm going to think positive thoughts and believe that with this many expiries coming up, a plethora of tearpads should be available everywhere soon!
All the suggestions posted above are awesome ones. Hang in there. If you have a trade list posted I'll check it out

OK - I checked out your wishlist. Maybe others will disagree, but from what I know of currently available coupons, your wishlist isn't a realistic one right now. You'll have a much better chance of receiving trade offers if you post coupon wishes that can be granted. At the very least, go through Peachykeen's Dollars & Cents thread, then copy & paste the full info of coupons you want on a new wishlist.
