I have not been able to do a big coupon shop for awhile, as the whole living in a dorm in a big scary city prevents me from really getting to Target and Loblaws. However, this weekend I came home and told my dad that I really need to do a big shop before my brain goes crazy from all the studying (not sure that this helped at all, haha) He gave me the car keys and told me we can go wherever. I was lucky that my friend just went to a trade show and gave me a whole bunch of AMAZING coupons because she knows that I will use them. Apparently insider trade shows are the best! I'm usually patient and hold on to my FPCs but our family goes through so much of these products that it was time I start buying a lot again. So everything here was free, expect the toothpaste which I had to pay the tax on.

I so agree with the idea of shopping/couponing to get a break from studying, I usually try that and then sometimes find it overwhelming with all the running around and math that goes into it haha

Great job! I have 3 kids in university, my oldest will be graduating in a few weeks!! They don't coupon like you, but before they buy anything they always ask me if I have a coupon or if it's a good price! I've also taught them to check their phone to see if there's a coupon or a discount before they buy something!they're learning!!

These trade show's are the ones that people in the industry get to go to. Companies give them products/coupons and there are always so many she gets multiples of. These shows aren't open to the public, I don't think.
