I also checked all my stores in the area and no forms were found. On another thread, someone scanned the form and it says that the $20 must be in one purchase, you have to send in the UPC's as well, and that the offer ends Feb 7th. Form, original receipt and UPC's have to be sent in by Feb 27th.

I think you might be confusing the Tostitos offer with the <McCain Get $5 Back> offer. The McCain offer runs from Jan 2 to Feb 8 and must be returned Feb 27... Also, with the McCain offer, all products must be purhased in the same transaction.... I know it's very confusing.... hard to keep track of all these different offers

The Superstore is offering the same deal now (between Feb 6-19)but there seems to be no one who has a copy of the form you have to use to send in your receipts to get the $10 gift card...any idea where I would get one at?

I was in superstore and asked them and was told that they had forms on the displays and once they were gone that was it. I never found the forms for superstore.

I emailed the pepsi company and told them this was not good consumer service and asked where I could get a form...not sure it will do any good but the least they could do is give me a link to go to online...I'll let you know what they tell me...if they do get back to me in time.

I'm hoping, but only mailed one of mine on Feb 12th and another on the 26th. It hasn't been 4 weeks yet so I'll be watching this thread eagerly to see if people get them (if they sent in earlier than me).

Got mine and my DH forms back in the mail today stating I did not buy it from Walmart. I did not use the Walmart form I used Generic forms (from Zellers) and my receipts were from Superstore. Does anybody know who to contact about this? I'm really fuming the reason I bought the stuff was for the gc.There was no phone number on the form I received just the address (for a company called Resolve). Should I contact Pepsi or Tostido maybe?
