Just in case you didn't know, Walmart also has the same "Super Bowl" deal on - I just saw it on the Walmart.ca website. Sobeys too.

Check your actual flyer as mine says the 2L pepsi is on 4 for $5 this week at zellers not 2 for $3

Does anyone have any of these forms from Sobey's? My mother bought 6 packs of Pepsi last night and I'm sure she spent over $20 but I didn't see any display in the store. Our flyer starts on Friday's so the display should have been up if they had one.

i went to zellers today..and they said they didnt send any to their store.. and told me to apply online...but i remember someone had emailed them and said they had to go get it from a store?

What company is promoting this Super Bowl deal? Maybe we could write to them and they could send us the form.

I also checked all my stores in the area and no forms were found. On another thread, someone scanned the form and it says that the $20 must be in one purchase, you have to send in the UPC's as well, and that the offer ends Feb 7th. Form, original receipt and UPC's have to be sent in by Feb 27th.
If anyone finds any forms and can pick up a few extra, I would be happy to send a SASE to them along with some coupons for just one form and their trouble. Please PM me if you happen to find any.

Found the forms at my Zellers today. They are glued in a corner of the display. They are so small you can easily miss them. Not even the size of a gift card, that is how small they are!

Didn't see the form in my Zellers, as for Sobeys, I checked with the manager in store and they never get any forms.
