There is new Walmart opened in my area,so I decided to do my shopping there,
but I received the worst customer service there,I had my iPad with me and wanted to price match for groceries and some health and beauty products, the cashier gave me very dirty look when I told her I am going to price match for most of my groceries and I have coupons too,I told her in the beginning so she can be prepared,I had some coupons which I gave her so she can match them with the item, for example Advil cold and sinus coupons, kraft chocolate peanut butter coupons and dove deodorants coupons etc etc,
I had groceries for price match for example oranges,Roma tomatoes, onions and potatoes, first of all she refused to price match for oranges,I asked her why,she did not answer but she called the supervisor and I was surprised the csm told me that should be same oranges as showing in the picture,
The add was for four pound seedless oranges bag,and I picked up the exactly 4 pounds seedless oranges bag but got refused and then 1 by 1 for each item she kept calling csm and could not get price match for onions 10 pounds bag for $2.99,yellow potatoes for $1.99.
nothing work out.
so now here comes coupons turn and was treated the same way,the customer behind me was boiling with anger and asked the cashier how long it gonna take and she asked her I don't know, and then the customer removed all the stuff from the belt to cart again,it's not my fault.
the staff is not well trained and don't know about coupons price match and even don't know. How to deal with customer.
so I decided to make a complain and then I made a complain to Walmart Facebook page( I wrote a post),I just wanted to know it's ok to make a complain on their Facebook page.
thanks for reading.Last edited by momi; Thu, May 22nd, 2014 at 09:00 AM. Reason: Typo

I don't see the issue with it. I made a complaint to Graco on Facebook because my stroller broke and was rusting after 3 months of use and calling/emailing them got me nowhere. After complaining on Facebook they not only sent me replacement parts but also a brand new stroller, I will never purchase another Graco stroller but at least the company stands by their products and was willing to make it right.
I've also made complaints on Facebook after getting a terrible haircut and the salon not being willing to fix it, they deleted every comment I made and still wouldn't do anything about it so they lost a customer that paid over 3000/yr on their services.
sometimes you you gotta do whatever you need to do to get the issue solved and if they won't solve it take your business elsewhere.

i always do that, but there seems to be no improvement on the problem at all....but I believe head office do pass on the msg to the store managers, but they just don't bother doing anything about it.

I just wanna make sure, can you pm and then use coupons on the product you are pm'ing? I was pm'ing freshco bagels $2 on the weekend and I was told I cannot use a coupon, that I would have to choose either or. I chose the pm.

Can you try complaining from their website instead of Facebook page? I once complained to Metro through their website and the next morning 9 a.m. the store manager called me. Might be a good way to get directly to the people in charge instead of a marketing person working the Facebook page
Apply every possible promo code to your cart, at every store that you visit (and get points for cash back on top of that?). It's sweet and easy with HONEY.
Always use Ebates and get cash back at over 600 online stores! Use this link to get $5, FREE

Why is there multiple threads regarding this?
You already posted in the rant section the same story.

Go ahead and complain I would. My mom went to KFC on Tonnie Tuesday and asked for the Tuesday special and she asked for an extra piece that she did not mind paying for. They asked if she wanted a breast or leg, she told them a breast. Well they gave her a leg and the girl that was cooking the chicken got so mad when she took the chicken back. She kept on saying "Why did you not order it if you wanted it" even when my mom said she had ordered it.
On the reicipt there is a contest about how we did today with a contest and my mom said that that KFC had the worst customer service ever. Well my mom got an e-mail from the KFC saying she was sorry and that she never was rude or meant what she said. So you know that, that KFC got talked to.
So it does pay to complain.

Yes, but they argue that it has to be the same to be the same price therefore it needs to be the one pictured (because the quality could be different)
Same reason they won't PM meat at some - something HQ is aware of and says is up to the store to ensure the item PMed is the same
