How long does it usually take for the AM earned on the toolbar searches to show up in your account? Do they show up at the beginning of the following month?

Is anyone else having trouble with the airmiles tool bar. It won't let me log in. I reinstalled but still no go
Total earned to date $2425.00 saving for a trip : )

Mine isn't counting either. This is the first time I've had a problem with it though. Hope it fixes itself.

I literally just installed the toolbar for the first time, and mine isn't working either

I'm having the same problem. It worked all last month and since it changed over to January it hasn't been counting my searches. Hmmm...

Same with me no counts and it worked before okay.I uninstalled and installed back again didn't work.I sent an email to [email protected] to tell them to fix the problem.
