world's end
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1213663/
it started out ok. i thought it was going to be something like the hangover. it started out ok and then went sideways into a really bizarre evil aliens story.

I don't like watching 3D movies. If I have the choice, I'll always chose to see the regular version... besides, I save at least three bucks that way!
Anyway, not a movie but I just finished watching the first two seasons of Hell on Wheels. Amazing show on AMC that was recommended by electric_viking. I give it a 9/10. Even if you're not into westerns it's still worth checking out.

Her
I did like it. I give it an 8/10. Joaquin Phoenix was so convincingly distraught and forlorn and Scarlet Johannson voiced every inflection of " Samantha " to perfection. Liked the supporting cast too ( Chris Pratt!! quirky, love his acting. plus Amy Adams usually steals the scenes she is in )

Transformers age of extinction - 8/10 a little bit long
Question for you guys. Does your theater charge you $3 extra for 3D? Ours does and I hate 3D anyways but find that a rip off.

Yes, and it's a huge ripoff IMO... If I have the choice I always go 2D. Note my mini rant in post #1613 ^^
