Today they have launched another new look and feel and I had to reregister my email (I'm assuming this is to do with the anti-spam legislation) and my status is down at the bottom with 50 cent coupons; I've email them, this is a head's up for everyone else!

I got it too and I do believe that means for those of us that had gold status we no longer do anymore.

Thanks for the heads up. I got the email ad it looks like I don't have gold status anymore. I hope thy will respond to everyone's emails soon

I did a survey after I got that email (that mentioned .50 level) and still got $1 coupon. I hope it works for everyone.

Everytime I try and print my coupon nothing prints and then link is dead. Driving me bonkers. What does everyone use for a browser?

I keep getting reset to the beginning - I've discovered a glitch, because they ask you to confirm your email, I hit my back button and then get the 'you're a newbie message, please sign up' - it cracks me up, soo, not only am I at the bottom rung again, I've reset myself twice in the last week! Annnd, the coupons do not always print properly, 2 of them came out missing bits, definitely will not be accepted.
I still haven't received email response so now every time I do a survey I lower my score on whether I would recommend them, I copy and paste my 'help!' email into the comments, I click the 'yes please contact me button and then explain my problem AGAIN and then at the end of the survey it says I'll be contacted within 48 hours, hmmmmm, still waiting.....

I did a survey yesterday, first one since this whole mess started and I didn't even get the email for the coupon ???
I posted on their FB page and they said "they are working on fixing the problem". My experiences with Driscoll's customer service in the past has been less than satisfactory ...... hopefully it will all get corrected and soon !

I've had nothing but problems as well with Driscoll's website and not receiving their emails. I called and they sent an email containing a link to a .50¢ coupon, but that was it, no emails from them since even though I completed another survey. I hate to phone and complain again since I think it's a great program, but really it's only great if it actually works.

On their website. You have to buy one of their berry products and on the back it has a code that you enter. Each time you do the survey (which is about the berries that were in the container), they send you a printable coupon - at least that's how it's suppose to work.
