I will be buying a pre paid cell phone ( smart phone ) ..its about $ 150 ..unlocking it and will be using it on another carrier.

I hope prepaid cell phones are included in this No Tax promo..they always give you a hard time buying pre paid as they want to activate it in store and make their commission
