Closing the Garden Centre at Canadian Tire

I zipped into Canadian Tire this morning to check out clearance stuff but I had forgotten my "this month expiring" coupon envelopes.
I did pick up the following:
2 -4packs of "Dusty Miller" plants (I like these to fill in holes in the garden and they CAN survive our winters sometimes) - .25 each 4pack

2 small crimson colour geraniums $1.49 each

Then I wandered outside. (In the rain) There was 1 lonely Roma Tomato plant with about 10 tomatoes on it but looking really sad. I offered $1, since it had no price and they were happy to see it leave the store. So for less than $5 I got a nice little group of plants.

Oh, we also picked up a nice new "Welcome" sign - metal with 2 flamingos nose to nose for our front entry. (This was at a little craft shop I'd never been in before.) Half price.

We are gradually making our new home look more like us.
