No, we can't, there are too few offers for Canadians, especially ones that are not from known spam sites or random paid offers like how to pass a drug test. I have checked your free offers several times and the 3 I have completed are still showing as pending anyway.
There are lots of legit companies that are on offerwalls on other sites that you do not have (Vistaprint and groupon for example) that people may be willing to buy from, perhaps by not adding these you are just waiting to collect on offers knowing people can't redeem

I'll have to look at why it says pending for you currently completed items. Sometimes offers don't convert for a few reasons:
1. You have already signed up with advertiser previously or have participated in the offer from another site - making your interaction with them through offerscene a duplicate and they therefore don't pay us and the system doesn't automatically award you points
2. You have some sort of advertisement blocker on your browser that disabled their tracking code
3. You didn't fully complete the offer - most of the time they want you to submit your email address, or complete a survey - AND go click 'subscribe/activate' in the email they send to your inbox (for example)
4. There may be something legitimately wrong with their tracking code or offer - or the offer could have expired or maxed out on budget - and the network didn't inform us
It's unfortunate that you assume the worst "just waiting to collect on offers knowing people can't redeem" - which is simply not the case. Our offers are provided by multiple affiliate networks (automatically imported as they are opened in our network accounts) and (as far as we know) are all legit. The offers that are "known spam sites" we would actually like to get rid of, so if you can list them or report them, we can talk to our affiliate managers and figure out what's up with those.
We are implementing a manual review process for any offer "pending" more than 4 weeks - or you can always submit a support ticket if you want us to follow up on something.
The toughest part about getting offers on the site form the advertisers you listed (not they we don't have some and are working on more) is that they need to be managed through a tracking system on an affiliate network we can integrate with - so we can track that an individual user did complete the offer and we were paid for their participation, so we can award the points. Many companies don't have affiliate/offer systems like this we can integrate with - or they don't allow their offers to be displayed on "incentivized" sites like ours.
However - if you do see an offer on another incentive site, that you think we should put on offerscene, please do send it to us and we will talk to our affiliate networks about obtaining it.
Of course, anyone who helps us improve the site by submitting issues/good ideas or any offers we can get, will be rewarded with bonus points for their help.
Like I said, the site is super new, and we're trying to get all the kinks out - and the type of integration and relationship we have with our affiliate networks is unique to some of them, and they have kinks on their end too.
