$22.24 moneymaker today at Superstore on 24 tubes of crest toothpaste
$1.29 each - $1 coupon - 800 points per tube. and no tax.

the math is a bit funny as the cashier missed putting in 3 coupons but one coupon was put in at $14 instead of $1. didn't notice until I got home. so will have to go back and get it fixed but still a $12 moneymaker which is awesome and will donate all of them to the local women's shelter.

Gave the customer in line behind me 3 tubes for being patient while they called a supervisor to input the rest of the coupons after $10 limit was reached. I did warn her that my transaction might take a while ( she was very pleasant about it) and I suggested to the cashier that he call the supervisor at the start so we didn't have to wait but he said he didn't need to as he could do the coupons himself. Then when he tried to input the 10th coupon he handed the rest back to me and said the computer wouldn't let him put in anymore coupons so I couldn't use them. LOL so I suggested he call the supervisor to finish the transaction. I don't know why these cashiers don't listen when I make the suggestion at the beginning. Anyways the supervisor was great and just laughed when she saw me.

    Nice deal!
I have the same issue about the coupon limit at no frills but the cashier seems to just do things their way. Oh well.

Great deal! So nice of you to give the person behind you some toothpaste for waiting, all to often the people in line are full of sigh's and some rude noisesl, even when we tell them we are using coupons and/or price matching. As for the cashier, I've found that if I ask them to call the CMS in advance they ignore me too. I often wonder about the logic going through their brain when they say "You can't use any more coupons"

I'm ashamed to admit it, but I ALWAYS scope out the cashiers if I'm not at a familiar store and rule out anyone I think might cause me grief. After a person spends an hour or more trying to be frugal, the last thing we want is for someone to tell us we're doing it wrong, LOL.

    Again, great job!

I scope out the cashiers too...young males are usually the best as they generally don't give you hassles about anything and I try to be careful to use coupons correctly so not trying to get away with anything, but just want a hassle free shop. The cashier..young male was I'm sure pretty new so that is why he handed me back my coupons but didn't question when I told him he needed a supervisor to authorize the rest. Cashier can definitely make or break your shopping trip for sure. I had one cashier tell me I can't use multiple of the same coupons and another cashier overheard and was yelling at my cashier that I was right and she was wrong as the lineup grew longer at both tills the arguing continued. So embarrassing people giving me dirty looks and sighing etc as the 2 cashiers argued

Great donation to the women's shelter!
I always ask the store manager first if I can use a number of coupons, and get their name. They are usually very nice, especially when I tell them I'm donating the product to the women's shelter.

They were tearpad coupons that I picked up a few weeks ago RCSS, Rexall and shoppers...picked up a few at a time. Don't know if they are still available.
