    Eggs poached in the microwave on an English muffin. Added cooked onion/mushrooms/peppers and a bit of cheese. Was especially tasty since I went to the gym at 5:30 fueled on nothing but a banana and coffee. Had another coffee on the way to work, a meeting as soon as I got here, so didn't get to eat until 10 a.m.

    Garlic toast with ham.

    Yes, odd to start the day with garlic toast, but the bread was so good made that way last night with supper so I used up the last of it the same way - chewy and crispy.
