No expiry date coupons

Hi all,

Just wondering about using coupons with no expiry date on them.
I was in WM (Bayers Lake) this morning and tried to use the Live Clean coupon on conditioner. It is for any Live Clean product and has no expiry date, so she said she would have to call a manager. The manager said they cannot accept coupons without expiry dates. I asked why and she said it's because they dont know if they'll be accepted or not. It doesn't really make sense to me, but they wouldn't take it anyhow.

Has anyone had similar experiences?

I have used no expiry date coupons for years -I have been couponing 30 years -my daughter-in-law used that live clean just ast month =maybe message head office

I emailed head office and wm's policy is that coupons must have an expiry date on them.

We are writing to advise we have received your email. As per our current coupon guidelines, the Associate was correct in not accepting the coupon. Walmart Canada's coupon guidelines state that the expiration date must be present and valid on any coupon being used.

Just use your coupon at another store. I have used NED coupons in the past with no problem.

Some cashiers don't know that you CAN use ned coupons, it's a hit or miss in my case. So I went to another lane and it got accepted. haha

I sure hope thei are good as I have some of the B1G1 Jerky treat for dogs. I will keep my finger cross wen I will be going to get some. I would hate not being able to use them I trade them for SDM GC. Thanks for the info............................
