*NEW* Save.ca app now has rebate offers!!

I've submitted 4 receipts starting on Friday. It takes forever to upload them (have to do it 3 or 4 times to get it to work properly). Still nothing approved. Not the best app. If the cash out process is good I'll keep it, but so far, it seems like more aggravation than it is worth

I had no issues uploading to it and the focus seems better than some of the apps (Android) but it is slower to upload

I had no issues uploading my first receipt on the 19th but then it came back rejected as they claimed it was unreadable (??) so I have just submitted it again and will wait to see what happens! I had no issues linking it to my PayPal, but I agree the turn around time for receipt processing is a bit excessive!! I remember having issues with most of the rebate apps when they first came out so I figure this app will get things sorted out as well. I love saving money any way that I can, so will probably still stick with this one even if they don't improve their processing time

Your save.ca name and email have to match your paypal

So when you go under profile and go to view paypal...do u link it by clicking on the log in button or the create account? I have same name and email for both, but gives me an error message ( user name already registered).. But says no paypal info on my account..

Nope, it just tells you how many days left on the offer

Sigh, thanks for the help, but apparently still doesn't work. Tried emailing save.ca gave me info I already had...then after another email back, told me to try reinstalling, which I did to no avail, and support didn't seem like they wanted to help anymore ( to me to try reinstalling and have a good day,ugh).

very frustrating, tried to see if it made a difference downloading paypal app too.


Now I'm emailing paypal to see if issue is there....only just created account for this app ( and account is verifieD and limits lifted) if I hear any info will post for others who can't link either.

Answered my own Question a laptop is not a mobile device that's the reason why she can't d/l the app

Same thing happened to me too. I have been uploading my receipts on CO51, SS, zweet etc and all receipts are approved but save.ca said that my receipt had been rejected because it was unreadable. I uploaded another receipt about 8,9 days ago and i am still waiting to get it approved. :s

maybe they are having difficulties because it's their starting phase...

i just checked my account and my receipt was successfully approved.

i claimed 2 offers on one receipt and one was approved, the other was rejected. i didn't question or resubmit it, i just wrote off the app since it was new. but a few days later i check my balance and the rejected one was approved. i didn't ask for it to be rechecked, it just happened. this app is still a little wonky i guess. the dates confuse me too. idk if it's just my phone but it said something like 64 days left o_o also i was able to link my paypal that used a different email.

okay the weirdest thing happened , i uploaded a receipt to claim bananas, and then i went to upload another receipt for milk and eggs and the offers were gone????
