yes the prices have gone up quite a bit over the last month at our local SDM. very few manager stickers or really great email offers

One of my local stores has a stand demonstrating personalized coupons. They are really pushing these emails. Too bad you have to print them out. Some people don't have printers and/or don't want to waste paper

Some library systems may have a policy of allowing one or two free black & white printouts (single-sided) per day per patron. So that is something to look into if a printer at home is not reliable or available.

Hmmm, probably doesn't impact that many prices at Shoppers, but I totally forgot that all the produce and stuff coming from the US is probably 10% more expensive now because of the exchange rate, so no wonder the grocery store prices are looking so scary.
