cellphone plan with unlimited talk/text?

I am wondering if there are any good cellphone plans that include unlimited talking and texting, and the phone included with the plan?

In addition to unlimited features... consider your coverage. Discount carriers offer poor coverage. Talk to your neighbors and co-workers to see which carriers they use. Ask them if they found any deadzones or locations of weak coverage. Some value carriers will only work if you are outside in an urban center.

Yeah, I second talking to your neighbours to find out what reception is like. We are with a value carrier, Wind, and we love it. We have coverage in our area, and they have unlimited talk/text/data for $30. But go about 4 km west of my house and they don't have coverage there. There is also one street in my neighbourhood that is a dead zone. I only go through it on the bus, lasts about one minute, so not a big deal, but it does exist.

Interestingly, when we had new Bell services installed at our house last month, the Bell installer had to go outside on front porch to get phone reception. He's with Bell, and couldn't get a signal in our house. There can be odd things like that with any carrier, and could also be combo of your carrier and your phone. My brother has a dead zone abaout 4 feet by 4 feet in the middle of his living room. He's with Rogers.

My whole house is a dead zone basically and I am with Bell. Step outside and perfect reception.

It kinda sucks because we use our cells for everything and so if you want to be inside you have to be right by the window and DON'T MOVE! LOL often why I put people on speakerphone so the phone stays in the good spot and I can blink
