Tara, when I witness the carts around me in the stores packed with cases of pop I wanna scream at people!! I know how tough it is to resist but I just hope one day they make that connection between what regular drinking of soda pop can do to our bodies.

I admit that I have a case of Diet Gingerale on hand at home. That's for the tummy aches and to balance out my electrolytes. What you say? I was only drinking water at one point and nothing else and guess what happened? My electrolytes were so unbalanced because I was washing everything out of my body. I was getting chest pains and cramps in my legs and feet that were waking me up during the night. The nurses at the Lodge were the first ones to clue in to what was happening. They made me buy G2 (since it's reduced sugar and provides electrolytes) Once I drank a few bottles I felt so much better. I don't drink regular pop, juice of any kind (natural or artificial), milk (other than Organic unsweetened soy milk on my cereal), coffee, rarely a plain green tea. I was told I can't live off of water alone because it just flushes everything out of your body. Who would think something as healthy as water could kill you. lol So I keep a case of diet gingerale and have one here and there. And then the debate begins about how bad aspartame probably is for me. *sighs* I can't win walks!

I believe everything in moderation. Right?

isn't that the way?? Trying to be the healthiest you can and water ends up becoming the new problem....wow, as you say I guess moderation of water is important as well as the aspartame soft drinks.

Tara, try some organic gingerale. At least the ingredients are pronounceable and your body actually recognizes their elements

Good thing you have posted this video so that, people should know how harmful it is in our health.. Actually, I stopped drinking sodas for almost 7 years now because I know this will ruin my health in the end. Number cause of "Diabetes"..

thanks shane, I am one that still struggles with craving a pop every now and then so that is why I posted the video to see if others suffer from trying to eliminate it from their diets.

I must be close to 10 years of not drinking any pop. I've had the occasional carbonated water drink, but otherwise have stayed away from it.
