    Hi, everyone:

Has anyone seen a REALLY good deal on any of the Norton products? I usually buy my Antivirus software in August, because that's when it's on sale. Would be looking for a 3 or 5 user version, and want to pay as little as possible. Last year, I bought a previous-year version from some online computer store. Has anyone seen anything on a great sale this year?

    Thanks!

Norton is a huge memory/resource hog and will slow your PC down. Try Avast or AVG....both are free.

Never really had a performance issue with Norton's for high quality product. If it was an issue, Norton has a "silent" mode for my video editing.

I'm waiting for Black Friday. Last year for $20 you could have Norton 360 Multi-Device for an unbelieveable deal of US$20 for 5 devices. Otherwise, I keep my eyes open for a special deal for Boxing Day Future Shop/Best Buy where they have a 15 month subscription instead of the regular 12 months.

    Hi Minou,

I've been buying my Norton 360 at half price every year for the last 6 years, at Staples/Bureau en gros, in Gatineau, QC. They offer either the Norton 360, or another Norton product, at 50% off, almost every month. I have them bookmarked and check them regularly. Hope this helps. Greycloud

Agree.. I don't know why people still pay for virus protection.
