    I bought a Keurig two years ago on Black Friday from WM online for $49. I got tired of pouring money out on K Cups so I bought a reusable filter for it and use my own coffee..

    Now I live close to a place that sells the cups at a half decent price, so it might be nice to get a box once in a while. The problem is, I lost the cup holder when I moved to Hamilton (dad didn't know what it was and threw it out)

    After many efforts to find a replacement, I ended up emailing Keurig Canada and asking them where to find one. They never answered me....

    So I emailed Keurig USA and asked them about it, they wrote back and asked for the serial number. I send it. They ask for my address. I send it and request a price. I got an email today saying they received "my order" for a replacement. Total with shipping $0.00!!!

    That is just too much!!!!! What great customer service!

    Also, I registered my brewer with keurig.ca and got a coupon for buy 2 boxes get 2 free.... just might have to do that!

    So not a rant but a feel warm and fuzzy feeling story!

    That's excellent customer service! Does the reusable filter works as well as the k-cup pod? Any issue with clogging or flooding? I am thinking about getting one on upcoming bonus redemption.

    IMO the filter is great. Just keep the holes in the bottom clear and it is no problem at all. I do not even wash it much (once a month). I just bang out the grounds and refill.

    They are soooo cheap, why waste redemption points on it? I got mine from WM online and free shipping too!

    That is one thing about Keurig is they do stand behind their brewers. They replaced 3 brewers (free of charge) during the past 2 years for me.

    I was going to suggest Home Outfitters for a replacement cup, as a recent flyer did have a refillable cup shown on sale. You'll likely see the package next week, after the snow melts Sat/Sun. Have you looked at the temperatures forecast for Sunday: 8C!

    With the snow on the ground, a Keurig machine with assortment of teas and hot chocolate seems like a necessity on lowlight days! Keurig should consider making an adapter so owners can put their machine by a sunny window and the adapter can store sunshine/charge unit to allow some cups to brew during the day. Sometimes one wants to be outdoors and craving a drink but not a traipse into the kitchen to get the machine going.

    Santa, add me to the #KeurigWishList too, please!

    They did the same for my aunt as well. Sent a brand new one that is the newest model around, 2.0 I think they are called. Hers was way out of warranty too! Great company I think!!! They appreciate their customers always!
