ya the camera thing is a good idea, also you can shut off all the lights and just go around taking pics with flash on you might be able to catch some orbs or other neat things. but make sure the lights are off because some people could say it was just a reflection from the light etc. And for the people that say orbs are just dust there is a way to tell if it is dust or not, just zoom in on the spot and if you can see tiny squiggly lines in the orb then it is just dust, if its smooth without any lines or anything its more than likely an orb.
oh and www.ghoststudy.com they have some awesome ghost pics
my favourite ghost site to visit.

I BELIEVE!!
In Toronto @ VP and Danforth:
My (ex) husband and I both seen white apparitions (a good forty of them) about 4 ft tall, kinda floating in our bedroom. He was whispering for me to turn the lights on, and I told him to do it..but he said he couldn't move..so I flew to the light switch and ran downstairs. I sat on the couch and flicked the TV on. We had a huge big screen tv at the time (in the corner of the room) all of a sudden a big blueish silver streaked ball flew midway in the air from the kitchen and went to the TV and disappeared. I screamed and woke everyone up and we all sat with the lights on and the TV off in the living room. Nothing happened again there.
In Hamilton @ Melrose @ King:
My oldest son was 2 1/2 at the time and he came running out of his room about 9 pm and sat on the couch with me. I told him to go back to bed and he said, "No mommy. Man in black". I was like freaked out because i thought someone had come in the bedroom window as we were on the ground floor. I was just about to get up and that's when I saw a tall, black apparition, exiting the room. My son and I slept on the couch. He's 19 today and still remembers that night.
@ Hunter and Wellington:
I would see a white apparition out of the corner of my eye on a daily basis and it would go to a big oval brass mirror I had hanging on the wall. I would only see the apparition when I sat in a certain position at the kitchen table. I would also see it fly behind me when i looked in that mirror. I eventually moved downstairs, and the apparitions stopped. Eventually I mentioned to the landlady (she's a psychiatric nurse..and I was scared to tell her lol) that I had these sightings upstairs but not down and she confirmed my experiences. She said she had the lower apartment blessed or something but not the upper one, a year before I moved in. A friend of mine moved in upstairs, and freaked out one night when the blinds were flicking up and down on their own (that never happened to me up there). I didn't tell him what I had seen up there..because he was really freaking out about it and I didn't want to scare him lol The next day about 8 am a tornado ripped through the backyard taking half the tree with it. The tree was huge. It landed on the roof and a huge branch went through the window where the blinds were flickering and pinned my friend's brother to the couch while he slept! Nothing happened to the lower level at all! That part might just be coincidence but who knows

wow some creepy stories
I'm not really scared of stuff like this because I understand it now after researching it but when stuff happens at night and its really dark it does sometimes creep me out because you don't know if someone has broken in or what LOL and its worse out where I live because we don't have street lights its pitch black here at night.

I love these stories!
Actually, one of my favourite shows on the paranormal is a kids show. On YTV, my son loves to watch Ghost Trackers. He wants to be on the show one day.
It is a Toronto-based Canadian show, geared towards the pre-teen set. Each week they have a competition where two kids take turns going into a building or setting that is reputedly haunted. The have been to sites such as Fort York, the George Brown House, Castle Kilbride and the Coach House at Casa Loma. The contestants are given a video camera and set of equipment (sound equipment, heat sensors etc) to help them detect any unusual sounds or sudden drops in temperature. They go in alone but have communication with the host to whom they describe what they are doing. The trackers are then judged by how well they investigate the site.
It's a really good show..lots of creepy fun. And there are often unexplained things that happen--mysterious shadows, doors opening, etc that can't be explained. And remember, there are no cameras or crew in the sites themselves, only what the kids themselves record...
