I read on another forum that PC ketchup and plum sauce were scanning at the wrong price. Flyer says 2.49 but scans at 2.99. I waited a couple of days to make sure that it's nation wide and not only at the OP's store.
So we went to SDM and I found the ketchup and plum sauce for 2.99 each. SCOP!!
Then we went to the liquidation rack and DD found some Olia hair dye for $5. She said, don't you have coupons for these? I checked my coupon booklet and can't find any. Must have been expired. So she put it back. She also found a Katy Pery gift set for $39. I got her the same one for $69 on the last mega redemption day. So I said, let me go get a $100 GC first before we pay. We walk down the aisle where the hair dyes were, and lo and behold, $2 coupons right in front of the Olia products. Score. Got my $100 GC and then went back to the liquidation rack. She chose a couple of Olia and I found a l'Oreal perm kit for my mom for $5.

Got to the cash and SCOPed the ketchup and plum sauce. Scans the Olia and only one of them was $5, the rest were 10.99, So took only one and used the $2 coupon. Luck has it that it's the colour she wanted. Then cashier scans the perm kit. 10.99 but the box had a $5 tag. SCOP!!
The perfume set scans at $39 and we are going to return it on Saturday and buy it again to take advantage of the spend $75 get 18500 promotion.

It was a fun rush getting free stuff.

Wow. So many scops and clearance prices in one transaction? That must have felt like million bucks.

I read a thread from the SDM section that people were able to return perfumes.

If the box had a $5 tag, how did SCOP apply? Sounds like it was a ticketed item, not a non-ticketed item if the box had a tag?

The only way SCOP does not apply is when every single item in the store is tagged and you get the lower price even if it scans higher. I got SCOP because other items in store is not tagged.

FYI, The Bay does not participate in SCOP because every single item is tagged. Encountered this eons ago.

What do you mean by tagged? Did the perm kit box have a price attached to the actual box or was it just attached to the shelf?
