    I may be the only one who remembers this......Katy comics were the best, particularly the fashions! Those were sent in by readers and published by the artist with, as you can see, full credit to the artists! Katy was an independent woman, a model, with a little niece she occasionally had in tow...she was smart, had oodles of admirers and dates, but it was all about those clothes!

    Olivia..love that second dress! If I get my weight to where I want it by spring, I'll be so excited to wear flown maxi dresses again! Loved them in the 70s, lol!

    Walks....I love, love, seeing those ads from the 50s and 60s...such innocent times...

    As for those pics being you...........of course, Dear....!
    I remember my Mom every day, wearing a dress to do housework...no pj bottoms, pants or sweats back then!!

    I can't post anything right now..hubby's connecting the new computer our kids gave us for Christmas...THIS may take a while! Not just the connecting, but all the stuff that needs to be loaded onto it!!

    Love umbrellas! Very little use to me now...jump in the car, out of the car quickly...hoods on jackets; perhaps they're more prevalent in cities where people do more walking...like NYC...where we're looking to fly to again this fall!!

    Someone gave me a loose leaf tea infuser for Christmas. I've been drinking black tea with rose petals in it. It really does smell and taste like roses! It's giving me a reason to get out of bed in the morning before I go out in the snow, ice and -30.

    So you SPRING out of bed!! I love my tea infuser. Our DD gave me a set of 12 loose teas and little tins...a Christmas collection from Teavana, and I'm having so much fun going thru them! Enjoy, Hon!
