Thread: Returning a fragrance
-
Tue, Apr 21st, 2015, 10:39 PM #1
Has anybody returned a fragrance lately? I ask cause the one I got last week has no lasting power and I'm peeved it was $95! I know they been good about makeup etc but never tried to return a frag. It was at the boutique in whitby and we're pretty good customers. Should I try?

Normally they don't accept returns on fragrances unless the spraying mechanism is malfunctioned/broken or if it is still in a condition in which they can sell (unopened).

All fragrances have tester so I doubt that they accept opened bottle.
