Kids have egg mcmuffins everyschool morning (protein and I make the eggs up ahead of time so I just have to toast English muffins
But tonight I am going to make a batch of pancakes and French toast for the freezer for the weekend etc

Leftover Caesar salad - how come when I make a salad and try to eat it the next day, it's always yucky?
This salad we get from one restaurant, as a part of a combo meal they always give tons, so I save a big bowl of it for the next day, and it's totally yummy to eat - as long as I haven't left any croutons to sog out, lol!
