I ordered the household samples but received the beauty one today. I noticed that my address was put on a label over a completely different address. I received someone from Whitby's order. Also not really impressed with P&G's privacy protection because I now have the complete mailing address of this lady as well as her name.

Agreed. My concern isn't what box I received, it's that I now have someone else's personal information. I intend to email them about it because they may not even be aware of the issue but I think you should email them too, so they know it wasn't a single incident.

I ordered household and got beauty to. That must be why they let people reorder and said only household was left.

Ok, after reading these comments, well, I am the odd one again. I wanted household, but got chosen for beauty. So..what did I get? Household! Oh, and they had a different name on the package, but my address.

I didn't have to qualify for household or beauty but was able to choose household but got beauty sample instead with same mailing label issue. Very disappointed as I was looking forward to trying those household products and the beauty sample is a real waste on me since I don't wear mascara or know anyone that would use it and don't use any of the other products since I'm very skin sensitive about beauty products I use.

Same thing happened to me. Ordered the household and got the beauty box with my address sticker on top of some other person's name and address which was printed on the box.
