I went with my son today to Dollarama to get a few things for his 10th Birthday, I found thinsations 100 calories 6 packs in a box for 1.00 I did'nt know they sell them there and that was so cheap usually they go for 2.99 sometimes for 1.99 at other stores,so i got 2 boxes for 2.00 dollars yeah

The one near my place is great too! I got a full size bottle of Dep hair gel. It was the bonus size actually, 440 ml. Also found Biore face mask.

I found the Knorr soup stock powder cubes for 1$. Grocery store it is 3$ +. However, I can say that the coffee they sell is really gross! LOL

lmao, coffee is really gross anyways LOL...... I havent really noticed anything food name brand in the dollarama lately but then again I am just trying to avoid being embarrased by my grandma that I dont really look up too much.... haha

You have to be careful with Dollar store buys I think. I remember the counterfeit products that made people sick. Think they were Oral B toothbrushes and a toothpaste.....forget what brand they said. But both were not made by the company named on the box. So read the labels careful as to where they were made and look for spelling errors or other give away signs that they aren't the real thing. I always check expiration dates as well. I often wonder why a dollar store has a brand name food product so cheap and wonder if there are problems with it. Chocolate bars 2 for $1 I always buy though cause other stores have them on sale frequently too.

I have bought the Golden Oreos and the Cheese Nibs/Squares kind (2 of each) - I plan to stock up throughout the month as I see them going up in price when Dollarama charges more the $1 for items come 1 Feb.

Dollar stores are ok, they have really cheap stuff, but the quality isnt that great.

With some of the stuff you get what you pay for - but the dollarama has many many great buys that will last as long and the quality is as good as paying more for the same thing in other stores

-tinkerbell body wash,body spray,body butter and body lotion(i shop at walmart in the states and they sell this there. the items are $3.97-$5.97,i stocked up as xmas gifts!)
-pirates of the caribbean body wash
-herbal essence color mousse(semi-permant dye! sells for $8 + at stores)
-AND WAY MORE!!!!!!!!!!
