Where can I find red leggings for both children and adults and a red tshirt
Looking for something inexpensive as it is for a costume

Definitely start at thrift stores, then check least expensive stores in your area.

Thanks everyone! Was able to find all the things needed at thrift stores besides red leggings for my husband, may just have to go with black.
