Well, I put my Back out Yesterday.
Not too bad, but enough to be aware of it with nearly Everthing I do.

Two of us Lifted a Machine from a Skid to a Cart that Weighs over 200 lbs.
I Think I had the Heavy End (at least 150).
My Foot slipped slightly, but we Managed OK.
Felt it last Night and again this Morn, so to Visit the Doc I did.

Just waiting for the Meds to Kick-In.

Then it will be Time to do my Chores.

The last couple of months it seems like my back has gone out more than me! I've been getting success from going to physio and in addition to following their exercise regimen I've really benefited from their"rack" (traction)
Be careful of being fooled by the meds - just because you don't feel pain anymore, doesn't mean the causative factor isn't still there. The pain is the body's way of saying something's wrong.

The Meds are just to Allow me to Function.

I am not Fooled by the Artificial Reduction in Pain and still Move Cautiously.

The Sauna, a Hot Soak and the Good Ol' Heating Pad are my my Non-Prescribed Medicines.
