site back up... got an email reminder about a survey, but i've already completed the survey days ago.. when i click on it it says it's completed.. this is the second email reminder for a survey i completed..

Does anyone know how to view your personal information, profile etc to change it?

Click on redeem and then look for the little person icon beside your point total. You should be able to find it there.

I went there but there's nothing there. A page that tells me to return to "Pinecone Research Profile" I click that link, nothing, because that is the page that I am currently on, I click on the left "Your Profile" and nothing, because again that is where I'm already at.. there's nothing in my profile except a page telling me to go to my profile? where is my profile information? Are you guys seeing this too?

My Bad. I never tried to go all the way through to see my profile after clicking on the little dude. I'm seeing the same thing you are. Sorry about that

No, no, it's not your fault I was just asking if it was the same for everyone..so I wonder where our information is then..I did end up emailing them, as we have every right to see our own personal information.

Has anyone ever seen their profile information in their profile page? They said they removed it temporarily but I'm starting to think our info was never there../this is not good..

Just send them an email. It used to be there I know that for sure...they just had an overhaul on their website awhile back maybe they missed that?

I did, they keep saying tell us what you want to change so we can change it, but when I ask to see my personal information they refuse to show me it...it's frustrating as heck, I just hope they will get it back on our profile pages soon! ...(how can I change my info without seeing it!)

back in Aug. they said "please allow 30 days" for profile info. to show up on website....nope! just another lie.

There's only a few things that are possible to change on your profile.. addition or subtraction of family members, email or mailing address. That's all their profile consisted of.

That's not what I remember entering at sign up... :/ when I was trying to get in, they required all of my information, mailing address, household members, all of their personal information, very specific job related questions as well..and so much more that I don't even remember as it was years ago when I joined, but they required every detail, very personal, way too much information!(employer name? address? um...no) I just remember filling out a lot that I would simply like to go over all of that now.
I'v never encountered another survey panel that asked me very specific questions like that.

I have been a member a long time ( I still get $5 for surveys) and they just wanted general info that most survey companies request. Nothing about where I work, just my income.. The only thing different they do now is ask for your birth date before a cash out. My earnings have close to tripled with them the last year and 1/2 vs. before...get less product trials but way more surveys. They are the best bang for the buck survey company imo...$5 for less than 20 minute surveys that you never get screened out from & pay the next day + a product trial every once in awhile................................

Wow...that is nuts! what you just described is nothing like my experience with Pinecone at all....
Yes, I understand every survey panel asks "basic" questions, that's normal, but it was not like that at all with Pinecone for me..it's very strange that you had a different experience...I wonder why that is..is that even ....allowed? why is everyone(or at least me and you) being asked different questions at sign up...that's not fair/and is it legal? to me it felt like I was filling out pages and pages of where I work, who's my employer, address...etc, every person who's in my household I had to fill out their information too, there were pages and pages of info I had to fill out..and now hearing this from you... what a difference..wtheck is going on...?
(I get paid $3 per survey)
