Personally I didn't like Reign.
I only watched the first three episodes but I founds the costumes totally jarring for the time period and the names as well. Okay, some people may find that having Mary Stuart and her 4 friends/attendants called the same name hard to follow. But could they not have used time appropriate names like Bridget or Isabelle rather than Lola or Kenna. Aylee or Greer.
Short answer : no Long answer : NOOOOOOOOOOO!

For some reason, DS had the TV on F/X channel the other day and their own shows look pretty good. I never think of F/X, though, because we only get it in HD and I never check the guide for the HD lineup to see what's on. I guess I should start.

I've started watching Legion, which is on FX. It's part of the Marvel universe. A young man is a mutant (and/or alien), but his powers are such that they believed him to be schizophrenic.

Yes, that was one of the commercials that I saw The Americans looks interesting too. Luckily, my library has past seasons on DVD so I can catch up.

well THAT was the craziest f**ing thing I've ever seen happen at the Oscar's!! ha ha I thought Jimmy Kimmel was doing a prank, but it was a mess up with the cards at the end and they announced La-La-Land as best Picture when in fact Moonlight had really won! Sooo weird how Emma Stone's winning card was somehow placed back in the presenters pile and when Warren Beatty ( he was presenting ) looked at it, he looked confused as it was supposed to be for best Picture, not best actress??
As he was wavering Faye Dunaway looked at the card and maybe did not see Emma's name but saw the movie title and blurted out they had won.
Tomorrow's headlines will be interesting.Last edited by walkonby; Mon, Feb 27th, 2017 at 12:32 AM.

So crazy that I turned off the show right before that last award!
Accountancy firm PricewaterhouseCoopers have taken responsibility for the mistake that led to the wrong film being announced as the Best Picture winner at the 2017 Oscars. Presenters Warren Beatty and Faye Dunaway erroneously announced ‘La La Land’ as the winner before recanting revealing ‘Moonlight’ was the actual winner.
In an official statement released by PwC said a representative of their firm handed the presenters the wrong card before they went on stage.
PwC brings two sets of envelopes containing the winners to the ceremony and the duty of handing the cards to the presenters falls to two PwC balloting leaders Brian Cullinan and Martha Ruiz. They stand either side of the stage in the wings ready to hand the correct card to the presenter as they walk out on stage.

Started watching The Team. It's about a team of detectives from three European countries solving the murders of a string of prostitutes.
I quite like it, but am having a hard time finding all the episodes... with proper subtitles. They speak four languages, thankfully one of them is English lol
