Didn't mind spending for postage this time around, cause want to check the expiration dates of the coupon to ensure they have long expiration dates, sufficient time to match up with sales. Also, will monitor if my parents use them.

    Definitely. I get why some people are okay paying. Sorry I hope I'm not coming off rudely! It just makes me feel like I'm paying for their marketing in a way. The postage for mail coupons if you want to offer them to the public should be factored into your marketing budgets! One less commercial and boom postage paid. My thought process anyhow.

    It's not rude, it's just unessecarily impassioned. If you can otherwise print them and have no need then you can move on.

    Not rude, no worries, I understand you are sharing your thoughts. I am also concerned about paying $2 for coupons. Will see how it works out.

    Zebra might just be trying to accommodate a group (Seniors, Physically Challenged) who are unable to print coupons or pick up coupons for a number of reasons. In the end, if it's not value-added, the service will just become obsolete.

    Very true. I do worry if there is enough interest many companies will switch to this model. I'd rather not print (my printer can be a real jerk lol) but I also don't want to order a bunch for $2 as a just in case and not use them. One of those things. Guess I'll need to have a stern talking to with my printer! Lol argh ah well.

    Lively discussion. The paid mailing may fill a niche for anyone who may not be able to print the coupons off on their own or don't receive coupon inserts or have many coupon pads to find at their local grocer. Companies using the postage meters can pay less for postage but this way the company is getting orders and assessing how many coupons are requested with each order. It may help them figure out $1 postage is worth so many coupons without going over the 30g weight for lettermail.

    I have stopped printing Healthy Essentials coupons that look like mini certificates on paper-besides the huge coupon size, I did not always print out the desired coupon before the two free pages were printed off.

    I should clarify I have no qualms with anyone using the service. I think it's just shady business I guess. Like I said couponing is marketing. Marketing costs money. So the cost to print, mail, employees to hang them up/stick them on/ stick in letters. I understand folks using the service. I just think the company should foot that bill especially like a company such as p&g who ALWAYS have $.25-$.50 small coupons. It's hugely a marketing tactic. I look st it as paying to watch a commercial so I can finish watching my show. Lol

    [QUOTE=samm07;6751054]

    I also wasn't talking about trading. There are often people giving away crappy p&g coupons RAOK and such.

    I just stumbled on this thread somehow and such a coincidence, since I also received the identical code: Fallsavings2017, so it should be good for everyone!

    I ordered a lot of them, then got the message that some of them can be double ordered, so I clicked that and found that all of them went from 1 to 2! So watch for that if you're ordering. At least it's FREE shipping this time; I wouldn't bother otherwise.
