Borys Stotsky, call sign “Syedoi” died suddenly of a heart attack on April 6, 2018.
Borys was born in Lviv in 1974. He served as senior sergeant in the 80th Separate Assault Brigade in 2014-15, and took part in the Battle of Vesela Hora, Luhansk Oblast on September 5, 2014.

Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko has congratulated the Ukrainians on Easter, saying that the holiday is more than just a religious one; it brings confidence that the hardest challenges have already passed.


"Resurrection is a victory of life over death, it is a victory of truth over lies, a victory of light over darkness, a victory of good over evil. This is our victory over a hard economic crisis caused by the Russian aggression. This year's Easter is a very special day, as it gradually brings confidence that the hardest challenges have already passed," Poroshenko said.

Oleksiy Venikov was laid to rest in Novhorod-Volynsky, Zhytomyr Oblast on April 7, 2018. We are sad to report that after returning home from the war zone, Oleksiy took his own life…
Oleksiy served as major and engineer in the 30th Separate Mechanized Brigade. He leaves behind his wife, who also serves in the same brigade, and two small sons.

A family missing near the frontline in #Luhansk Oblast, has been found killed in an anti-tank mine explosion.
According to the United Nations, the Donbas is one of the most mine-contaminated places on Earth.



Police officers discovered the bodies of a couple -- both man and woman were aged 57 -- their 38-year-old son, and his common-law wife, also aged 38, near the charred remains of a Chevrolet Niva.
The incident took place in a wooded area near the Siversky Donets River, which marks the front line between territory controlled by government forces and Russia-backed separatists.
