Another PC Insiders question: are the points for organics, baby items, etc awarded right away? I've been in the program since September, and only got Insider points for the first time yesterday. I'm confused, I wonder what has happened to others?

@fanofearl I've also been in the program since September and I've discovered that my points for being an Insiders member are not awarded automatically as I expected they would be. I've had to do a points inquiry every time. I do get the points quickly after the inquiry but it's a bit of a nuisance to always have to go after them.

I will just post this here...I got an email with an offer to opt into from PCO.
Starting Dec 1-31 I will earn 5x the PC points on each dollar spent every time I use my PC World Elite MC at participating stores ( that would be Loblaw banner stores, SDM etc )
I never go to SDM , but I do all the other stores!! Hooray for more points!!

Can I buy multiples of an item at shoppers. Example, if I have an offer of get 2000 when you spend $10, if I spend $30 on the item will I get 6000 points?

Usually, yes. But it's always a good idea to read the T&C since quantities can sometimes be limited.

I bought some Joe Fresh stuff yesterday, the points were on my receipt (for PC Insiders), but they didn't show up on my account. I made a note to keep an eye out for them … they were automatically credited overnight.

Same thing happened time when I redeemed yesterday they said there was a system issue thatswhy I asked if we get points when we redeem but no one answered

Anyone has problem getting this week's flyer promo, "spend $25 or more on two or more Gillette, Olay products and earn 8000 points. I didn't get points and I spent $26+ before tax on 2 Gillette and 1 olay.

Yes. Spent $29.94 on deodorant. I sent an inquiry and it didn't help. They said something like, "we see on dec. 1 40,000 points were added to your account. case closed."
But those points were for other personal offers and 20x - did not receive points for Gillette as far as I can tell.
Been meaning to do live chat or call but I have not yet.
