    ..bbq'd b/s chicken breast topped with mozzarella, diced tomatoes & basil, a potato packet containing yellow potatoes, sweet potatoes and red onion, etc...and grilled corn on the cob..yummo!

    as I drifted in and out of sleep, DH was cookin " this and that " up from things in the freezer. I like it when he makes room for new sale items in the freezer for me! hee hee
    I believe he made perogies, sausages, chicken and used up 2 heads of cabbage somehow, one cooked , the other into slaw.
    I'll search the fridge more closely on Tuesday to see if any of the items he made are allowed on my diet.
