    At the candlelight memorial service, there were refreshments afterwards. So I had a 1/2 small club sandwich, two mini brownies/tarts and some cubed melon and blackberries.
    Then I got home and heated up one package of rosemary and garlic Superfries, which I enjoyed by candlelight with a can of cranberry-raspberry LaCroix bubbly water.

    Chicken Strips, French Fries with Gravy and a big tossed salad.
    I have lots of apples that are bruised or little marks on them so they have been picked through and left. The family won't touch them.
    I will turn that in to Apple Crisp for supper and ....voila....like magic it will be all gone by morning. Lol.

    Last night I sauteed Onions, Mushrooms and Peppers and Leftover roast Beef and then made into a Quesadilla

    Tonight I had a sausage, roasted potatoes and sauteed Mushrooms and Peppers, was going to have Salad but apparently I am out of washed lettuce so will have to wash and chop more lettuce tomorrow.
