What's For Dinner?

Dull dreary day here so I used a massive spiral ham and made scalloped potatoes. There will be lots of left over ham for the week but it’s protein both my teen boys love. So it will not be wasted

After 4 days of vegetarian meals....tonight we feast on Steak. potato, mushrooms, green beans and ceaser salad

many leftovers still available, I do believe the deep dish pizzas I made yesterday will be the first to go. What is it about cold pizza?

Tonight will be Steak with some form of Potatoes (not sure how I am going to cook them yet) with Crispy Green Beans and probably a Cesar Salad on the side.

Tonight we will make Homemade Pizza with Homemade Pizza Sauce, Pepperoni, Bacon, Mushroom, Onion, Cheddar and a Sprinkle of Parm. On the side we are going to make Chicken Bites I pick up at Costco (since we opened the box I portioned out into meal size portions, these are really big and for $10 or $11 I got 8 meals) and I will make some sort of Salad, I had not decided yet if it will be Cesar, Ranch or Greek.

On a mission to use up leftovers in the freezer..this evening I made Ham & Potato soup using a ham bone and leftover ham in the freezer. It was really good, the only thing I did different with the recipe: instead of water I boiled the ham bone and used that as the broth and added sweet corn at the end

Mom wants Chicken Wings tonight so I will make myself BBQ Chicken Chunks (this works for me as when I do this, I get dinner and 2 lunches so win win). Thinking we will just make Oven Fries and Salad to go with it, I never made the Salad last night so I will make it tonight instead.

I made pepper steak, that stuff in the box where you add beef, etc... ick! ...had rice with it, that was the best part!
