I dont feel old enough to have a kid this age
Shes an amazing kid, not perfect but a good wholesome kid, with a good heart, soft feelings, a lil short on patience sometimes (like mom) but seriously, we're getting ready for grade 8 grad and then off to the same highschool I went to.....I dont want her to goto highschool! They'll ruin her!

My son just turned 2 and it feels so strange...I don't think we're ever prepared for our kids to actually grow up.

Oh, I know where you are coming from! Our son is 17, and in Grade 12. Yikes! Yes, everyone tells you how fast it all goes, but to me - it's indescribable. SO many times I want that little boy back - at ages from infant, on up! But we feel blessed - he's a fine young man with a good heart!
Don't worry about high school - your daughter will find her path!
