I have a few thoughts on the Fancy Feast FPC with the typo.
Don't hesitate to try to use them. They are legitimate coupons and I'm sure the manufacturer will compensate the stores.
Try to use them at the stores that put them out (RCSS, Safeway). It would be hard for them to refuse the use of coupons that they have in their aisles.
If they are initially refused you could point out that there is only one size to the Fancy Feast Petites and there is no such thing as a 74.9g size.
If the cashier is still hesitant to accept it then say okay and go to customer service instead. If customer service says no then just let it go and try again next time. There will be many more opportunities.
I've heard and it's been my experience that young male cashiers are typically less fussy about coupons so you might have better luck with them.
"Limit: 1 coupon per customer."
They have a long expiry (March 31, 2022), so no rush.
Ultimately, I suppose you could write to the manufacturer. If they respond and say you should still be able to use the coupons then you could print it out and take the letter with you to show to store staff.

Just a note on dairy and frozen treat coupons at Sobeys-the coupon holders are usually mounted on the doors of the fridge or freezer. You might score coupons there if not at the Loblaws banner owned stores.
Can't say I often see dry grocery coupons in store. But I did see that Robin Hood $1.50 off coupon tagged on bags of flour the last time I was instore (about 2 weeks ago).
