I tried at my local NF. They would not use the full 3.00 and would not adjust the coupon for the scanned price and I wasn't able to use it. Oh well.

If you have a Freshco or RCSS try PM next time . Frescho took out The Full $3.00 and RCSS adjusted the Price depends on Cashier.

It is very dependent on the cashier. I know one person who got the full $3 on a PM last week, and another who was adjusted down to $2.79, both at the same store location.
