Shoppers Drug Mart Bonus Redemption event Oct. 9-Oct.12, 2022

on the overleaf of the upcoming flyer! Starting at 50000 pts for redemption...

Good for treating yourself or family to fave items
Or buying gifts for upcoming birthdays/Xmas in your social network
Or the gifts for workplace/community Secret Santa gift exchanges or someone's retirement party
Or to buy items to support your local food banks/community fridge programs/shelters or pet rescue groups/senior Xmas or birthday gift programs

Happy planning and maximizing your shop/redemption! Electronics have better chances in larger stores rather than smaller stores.

If anyone wants the Canon Pixma printer TS3420-don't know if that model has any slots for USB/SD/Memory cards but the 3320 does not. If you don't want to buy the Canon ink at SDM (larger locations have them locked away; smaller stores don't often stock them), you can also get the XL ink at Walmart if the 2 or 3pk XL ink is in stock. My brother has been able to get the 2 XL black and 1 XL colour before. But more recently I could only find the 1 XL black and 1 XL colour pack with the bonus 5oct 4x6 photo paper pack. Store might have 2pk of XL colour but YMMV. Try checking online to see if your local WM SUPERSTORE has ink on hand. When I asked staff for any more stock in back, she said if it's not on the pegs, there's no extra in the back to pull out.
You will need to buy colour printer paper if you don't want the paper to buckle when doing colour copies. Colour ink is great for photos but can run out pretty quickly after about 50 prints or so (recent experience). When colour is nearly run down, prints look like red-tone end of film negative streaky things.

BTW, you have to have a teensy bit of colour ink left in order to print black ink text or drafts. Otherwise, printer won't print unless the colour cartridge has been replaced. So don't run the colour down entirely! TIP

After never receiving free offers, this week I get an offer for one free PC or Blue Menu frozen Pizza from Loblaws after receiving free Tide last week.

They also offered PC Juice 1L for $0.79 which I combined with my 200 points for every $2 spent personal offer.

well I must say I'm a bit envious of the "Free Product" PCO offers being reported here recently... mostly [all ?] at Loblaws, and I don't have one of those anywhere close by.

What I am seeing though, is an expansion of the accumulating offers such as 'get 15,000 PCpts wus $150' for Superstore. Up till this past week, the accumulation period has always been for that Thurs-Wed. week. however, both my wife and I just got that type of offer, with an accumulation period ending Nov 6th !! Sometimes the target has been too high for what we might spend that particular week ... but over a month, it's an automatic 10% worth of points. Since we pretty much price match most items, or target high value Sale prices at RCSS, the extra 10% sure helps.

Just wondering if others are getting these type of offers most weeks, and if so, has the Accumulation period been extended to a month [vs 1 week] ? thanks

@Pointsman I sometimes get these offer but the spent threshold is some times $150.00-$200. But when I do have the $75 spent threshold I usually used it up my offer last week was for $75 until Nov 2

@Pointsman I've been getting spend $150 offers but the period has been only one week and my reward is only 10,000 points. The offer is valid at all Loblaw banner stores except for SDM (specifically Loblaws, Zehrs, Independent, Valumart, No Frills, RCSS, Fortinos). I haven't paid much attention to the specifics of such offers because the spend amount is too high for me and the reward is poor, less than 10%.

Separately, I got a free item offer from Loblaws for a 3rd week in a row. This time for No Name peanut butter 1kg but not all types are included. I tried my first choice, Dark Roast but the free offer didn't ring up. They were out of my 2nd choice, Smooth so I tried Crunchy which did work.

I wouldn't worry too much about not getting free offers because they're mostly about creating the illusion of a good deal while the benefit isn't much in terms of dollars. My free eggs were about $3.50, tide was $9, pizza was $5, peanut butter was $4 = total $22

I saved much more from Loblaws' after thanksgiving clearance on PC cinnamon raisin bread at 12 cents a loaf and their 8 inch strawberry rhubarb pie at 25 cents each. I think the cost of ingredients is more than their clearance prices.

'eataiag' those are amazing Clearance Offers you got at Loblaws. I've never encountered anything close to that at any of the Loblaw's banner stores, but as I said in an earlier post, there is not an actual LOBLAWS store anywhere in our Region of Kitchener-Waterloo.

Sadly, I must update my earlier comment about the accumulating offer I got in early Oct... 15,000 wus $150 at RCSS, good through Nov 6th. It was sitting at $124 and change, and when I went to review / move offers last Wednesday, all looked the same. My recollection was that it came forward into this week's offers, and Monday, I did a $29 shop, but at checkout, the expected 15,000 pts did not get awarded. I checked on my desktop when I got home and that offer was gone, totally disappeared. I immediately did a Points Inquiry, with explanation, and did get a reply, but no points. They asked for a ScreenCapture of the offer. LOL... I said, oh sure you mean the one that suddenly disappeared !! So I wait.

I had the offer of get 25,000 points wys $250.00 between Oct 14 -19 but I noticed the accumulation bar was not registering my first $160.00 spend. It always has in the past?
Then a couple purchases after easily brought me to the required spend level but no points were on my final receipt. An inquiry was made, I was told that I'd have to wait until after the offer ended to get the points. I smell a rat, so I've taken screen shots of both the offer and the transactions ( plus I still have the receipts anyways )
PC Optimum playing dirty tricks on me for Halloween maybe? ha ha

There are 2 kind of "Spend $x and get y points". One has an accumulation bar and the other doesn't. If there is no accumulation bar it means that the $x must be made in 1 transaction. It says in the terms and conditions for every $x you spend. The other says when you spend a total of $x.
    Could that be the problem?

I did have to reply back to their first email response today to let them know the points had not been added, and I sent them the screenshot of the offer ( I had grabbed it before Thursday ) along with a screenshot of the 3 purchases. They buckled and now I have my points. Funny in their 2nd reply they made sure to mention that they had to investigate whether or not I had loaded that offer correctly or not?? Geesh, go ahead....check all you want!

@Pointsman Since Zehrs is part of the Loblaws group of stores, you might score some points deals regardless. I miss my visits to the Caledonia Zehrs but they were usually tied to a meeting on-site and I always dashed around before meeting (after setup) to do a look around. If I had chance to shop after (sometimes), I made sure to get a few things. Plus there was a basic Joe Fresh section, so that usually got my attention too.

Last time I was in a Zehrs, it was in St. Catharines at Fairview Mall in 2019 when Bro and I stopped briefly there after a quick visit to Outlets at Niagara Collection. Managed to get a few coupons!
