Habs, as much as you love the Montreal Canadiens, you must admit that their play tonight has been abysmal.
You say that the Leafs suck, but in my estimation Montreal sucks much worse.
Now down 5 -1 Montreal really look to be out of it. I expected more of Montreal , but they turtled and gave up.
What a bunch of losers they turned out to be.
P.K. Subban has totally lost his focus and is no longer a force on this team.
He is more of a detriment than an asset.
Sorry Habs, but, Ottawa has Montreal's number.
This series seems to be over very early.
Ottawa is making Montreal look totally inept.
The only saving point for Montreal is that it will all be over in two games after to-night.

Yes Subban had a bad game and was very undisciplined today, but for you to say he no longer is a force on this team is absolutely short sighted! Your Kessel who you have continued to praise over the last week or so, has score 1 goal in 2 games, should I say he has no focus?? Of course not, that is why playoffs are a best of 7 game series, not a best of 3! I have said time and time again with "your" Leafs that if they do not keep their shots on goal down, they will be out quicker than they want to be! I have also clearly stated, that Reimer has been your unsung hero this year and probably the main reason the Leafs are in the playoffs! Not Kessel, as it is expected of him to score, that is why that ridiculous trade the Leafs made to get him. They paid him the big bucks to score and he has been average at that. He is not considered a playmaker, you do not pay him the big bucks to only be a playmaker!

Anyways, you posted earlier this year that you also are a Habs fan as well, why the one sided post then? Clearly you are not a Habs fan, and you are a Leafs fan, and there is nothing wrong with that!

Hicks, White is unfortunately the Colton Orr of our team, at least White can score!! Tonight was a night of complete frustration and breakdown of everything. Like the Leafs did after game 1, and every Bruin fan thought this series would end in 4, I said this was a 6 or 7 game series!

Just so everyone understands, I have a lot of respect for Z-Man, so my retort to Z-Man was just that, not an attack of any sort! No malice, and no jab at him and I know there was no jab at me from him nor malice! On the other hand, Romeo, that is all you do is jab and it is with malice! Your attacks are not Habs vs Leafs, rather Romeo vs Habs Rule! And for that, this is my last post on any of the blogs on Smart Canucks! Well, the Senators, playing their first game at home in the playoffs had the "crowd" edge (wonder if they advertised not to sell any tickets to Habs fans) got under the skin of the Habs....the game last night reminded me of the playoffs from the 60's...mean, fight filled, frustrating for one team....Montreal really lost its composure but that happens to almost every club, when frustration sets in....like having a raccoon cornered...the next games will be very entertaining as I thought this series would be very tame...this series will most likely go 6 or 7 games with Montreal winning..my $ .02..
